I decided to take my vehicle to Boulder Toyota, as they quoted me a price far less than the Denver dealer, and they were willing to be flexible with my arrival on Friday morning. The next day, I drove 30 miles from southwest Denver to Boulder and found Boulder Toyota with ease. I had been told to ask for Mike Valois, a service manager, upon arrival. (I noticed he was expecting me, as he had paperwork indicating that I had called the day before.) He said they would like to have the vehicle for about two hours, so I asked about the possibility of a courtesy van to take my friend and me shopping at the nearby Pearl Street Mall. We were promptly taken to wherever we wanted to go. After less than two hours, Mike called to let me know that my vehicle was ready and that I should just call him back when we wanted to have the courtesy van come pick us up. We finished lunch and called for our ride. (Both drivers of the courtesy vans were very friendly and helpful.) The cashier had a line of customers checking out, but she was very efficient, so the line moved quickly. When it was my turn, I was pleasantly surprised to see that my bill was actually less than what I was quoted as an estimate over the phone the day before! (How often does THAT happen?) Mike discussed the service with me and reassured me that the vehicle I had purchaed was in great shape. Then he showed us to my vehicle, and we were on our merry way. The whole experience at Boulder Toyota was awesome and well worth the drive from Denver. The customer service was top of the line, and I will definitely be back.
