Last week I took my Murano to Nissan Champion in Katy for the replacement of BCM switch. The labor charges were quoted as $333, where as online Nissan mechanic quoted one-hour job ~$100. The vehicle was returned to me after 2 days with a repair – Mechanic comment was that my care needs a back door actuator as well and I was charged $100 for no service. My comment is that Nissan Champion doesn’t have good mechanics and their services are very poor more
