I went to this walk-in only clinic because my cat had a K9 tooth falling out of her mouth and an infection. I thought she may have been hit by a car.
Although I realize that this is a business that must collect payment in order to operate, the distinct lack of compassion and empathy from the staff disturbs me. They refused to offer any solution or even advice unless I paid at the time of service (but I got paid at midnight).
I am left with the impression that they would have let my cat die rather than treat her without immediate payment in full.
