I called today at 2:20PM to report that my checking account is canceled and they can no longer automatically deduct payment from my account. The woman on the phone who would not give me her name said I can pay 6 months ahead. I told her I want to pay monthly and was told NO. After talking with her boss, she called back and said I can pay 3 months ahead. In speaking with me she was very unprofessional and argumentative. I asked for a fax number and she wanted to know what I was going to fax. I asked who was the manager or owner and she wouldn't tell me, saying there is no one else there. She said, "they are going to tell you the same thing I am telling you".
