I'm normally easy to please, but this is ridiculous! They don't even deserve one star. I placed one order on Nov. 15th and another on the 16th. Here it is December 5th and neither has been delivered. My son's birthday has come and gone and no cookies. I can't even comment on the quality of the cookie, because I haven't been able to try them. I finally got an email that the cookies were shipped on Nov 27th, but according to the tracking they didn't ship until December 3rd. I wonder how old and stale these cookies will be by the time they arrive. It's been over three weeks and the second order still hasn't been shipped. I tried calling, but their voice mailbox is full so I can't leave a message. I've sent an email, and they don't respond. I can't imagine worse customer service.
