I have been taking my Subaru to Pacific Rim for years. They always do a good job but they also run me around a whole lot. Those guys can condescend in the nicest way. Also, they're a moving target with prices. If you like roller coasters take a ride with them and expect a high price tag. Where exactly did that free oil change fit into that $1000 bill?
