Shopped at Honda of Cary on Saturday - given a price for a car I liked and guaranteed they would have it in Monday.
Called them Monday morning - "Yes, the car would be waiting at the front door for me to drive and then get all paperwork done." It was a bait and switch deal..the car I was promised is not even made! I would have appreciated a phone call back telling me that the car was unavailable. Lost valuable work time and pay and got nothing!!!! Will not go back to Honda of Cary! They tried to get me to buy a more expensive car with additional features I did not need.
