This place is DEFINITELY to be avoided!! We even had a head manger tell us once (after owning our Hondas for THREE years) that since we knew an Ourisman VIP, "NOW we're going to treat you right!". HA!! That sure didn't happen. Now we're going to Hersons Honda in Gaithersburg - they have a MUCH better reputation & BBB ranking!
