They have a great idea - you call in an order for groceries, they shop for you and deliver to you. Problem is, they can't seem to get it right. Ever. The orders are often filled out incompletely or incorrectly, or the person taking the order actually FORGETS to print it out so someone can actually fill it! When I have ordered groceries, it usually takes at least an hour, unless they forget to fill the order and I call back. Then it takes at least 2 hours. Why they can't fix the system and get it right is beyond me.
