I had my car towed to the Mercedes dealership as my transmission was making a grinding noise. Mercedes does all of the repairs on my car, but quoted me $7200 to replace my transmission. Ouch! I called my friend Randy and he had his BMW transmission repaired at Eagle Transmission and he gave me a good recommendation, so I called them. Stuart, The owner of Eagle, gave me a ballpark quote over the phone & I felt very comfortable speaking with him. This was a Friday. He towed me in at no charge, diagnosed my problem at no charge, called me with a detailed analysis. and gave me a firm quote over $3000 less than Mercedes to replace my transmission. I okay'd the repair, received my car back the next Wednesday and have waited 3 weeks to post a review. These guys are highly professional, courteous, and deliver exactly what they say they will.
