I've been a regular customer, off and on, the "OFF" being after I've been cut, gouged, or the services weren't up to par. In the past, I've kept going back for another chance as there are a couple of good techs at this place. However, after having a noticeable gap CUT out of one of my eyebrows yesterday(I'd agreed for them to be waxed, nothing more),I'm gone for good.
