I have had an awful experience living in an Evanston apartment by Parliament Enterprises. You have problems in the apt. 365 days a year - rats, leaks, heater not working, blinds, windows,...you name it and you have it. Moreover, the staff at their office is extremely rude and inefficient. I have been a renter for many years now, but this is the worst renting company I have come across.
