Never, ever take your car to Friendly Ford for service. We were rear-ended and the driver's seat was damaged so that it wouldn't sit up all the way. They said it was just fine, it won't even sit up even with the passenger seat! Also, we took our Crown Vic. in for an alignment and they wanted $75 to adjust a simple screw! They didn't even do the alignment! Drive a little bit out of the way and go to another dealership. Vote with your money!
