the title says it all, all of sales men are incompetent and make promises they cannot keep. they gave me a window of 3-8pm for delivery and never showed, then lied and said they called and no one answered. They never called they never left a msg, and blamed me for their mistakes....i don't recommend this store to anyone who plans on receiving good customer service and a knowledgeable staff
