We took our two dogs to this place for shots. One of the dogs was a year old and the other was three. They were rough with them, the doctor was extremely rude, and his assistant did not know how to deal with the dogs. Animals need calm and kind people to help them from being nervous. Their 800 number didn't help resolve the issue in any way either. I would not recommend Banfield, and I will NEVER go there again! Find a local neighborhood vet that has a decent bedside manner and compassion.
