There are three staff members and two of them don't speak english and don't have a clue how to cut hair. The 3rd one who is younger and speaks english did my hair and one day was not friendly to me the last two times I was there but openly flirted with a male customer while she was washing my hair. unprofessional. She also talks on her cellphone while she is supposed to cut hair, which is why service takes so long.
