I recoomend Anna's nails, I have been going there for about 10 years. I love it because if you have ingrown nails, they know how to cut them. and Anna does a really great job on waxing your eyebrows. If you are going to get a full set make sure you as for TOM! As for the shop smelling like nail polish, well HELLO it's a nail place, how is it suppose to smell.
