i visited your beechmont location on saturday oct.18,2008 first time customer i may add. when i pulled in service was great until my car came out looking worst then going into wash. talk to manager was very rude walked away in middle of conversation, and was rude as well to employee. i dont find this type of behavior acceptable and wont go back to this place. if they were busy that would be one thing but they werent busy at all when i got there.
