I had the opportunity to work for a company who rented their copier from MT.
I must say they are professional. When the copier did break, they were out quickly, and the technician found the issue fast. It appeared that a "foreign material" found it's way into the machine. He removed the rogue material, fixed the problem it had caused and the machine was back up and running.
That was the only problem we had in the year I was there. I did have to read the meter monthly, sent in the fax to the company, which was very easy, and the bill always matched the number I sent in.
I like low maintenance machines, and that my boss was happy with the service and the price says it all.
