My son lives here, and to be honest, while it is not the best apartment complex in the area, it is cheap.
The property is maintained. They have changed hands a few times since my son moved in, and that usually means it gets spruced up just before it get's sold.
The folks there are for the most part nice. The apartments are as clean as can be expected. The trash is taken out on a regular basis. And there is ample parking for the residents, but not much more than that.
It is convenience, because of location, and cost that are important here. The apartments are large, for the most part. This attracts many families. My son rooms with another young man in a two bedroom unit.
There are complaints, but what apartment complex does not have complaints. He does have adequate heat and hot water.
If you need something cheap, this is the place. Affordable housing is an item worth noting. And the service is adequate.
