I've only been here at the breakfast hour, so lunch and dinner may be different. However, I have been here many times, and have a pretty good view of what a likely outcome here is. One should expect service to be limited at a place like this, and that's okay, but what is not okay is that often a plate would sit waiting to be taken out to the dining room long enough to get cold. And I mean COLD. Eggs are cooked to order, but breakfast meats are pre-cooked and then warmed up (sometimes not warmed). Do NOT ask for a re-cook. The coffee cups are sometimes not clean; depending on the day, you might have to go through 3 or 4 before you find a clean one. Bread is often stale, and tongs to grab bread or lemons are sometimes dirty. Employees handle money and food without washing hands in between. Posted restaurant hours are not honored (don't open on time). Management seems oblivious and/or apathetic. But the coffee is darn good, I'll give them that.
