I JUST RETURNED FROM YOUR ESTABLISHMENT AND IT WAS FAR FROM JIFFY AND IT WAS NOT A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. THE COMPUTER WENT DOWN AND WAS OUT OF COMMISSION FOR SOME TIME. IT WAS NOT UNTIL I ASKED UNTIL I WAS INFORMED OF THE PROBLEM. ONE OF THE DESK CLERK WAS UPSET BECAUSE I COMPLAINED. I ASKED FOR SOME SORT OF ALTERNATE WAY TO PAY -- CASH. NO WAY. THE COUNTER PEOPLE WERE NOT THE LEAST SYMPAYHETIC THAT THE CUSTOMERS HAVE OTHER OBLIGATIONS. PLEASE DO NOT SEND ME A $5.00 OFF COUPONS, THAT'S NOT THE ANSWER. CORRECTIVE ACTION SHOULD BE TAKEN. more
