I've been training with Jacob, the founder of Body Addicts, for the past four months and have gotten some great results. I went to Jacob in the first place because I knew he would be able to challenge me to meet my fitness goals in unconventional ways. He's improved my overall strength, endurance, flexibility, and range of motion. In addition, I've gotten compliments from friends, family, and even other people I see in the gym, which has done a lot to boost my confidence. I'm willing to work really hard on my own and Jacob meets me where I'm at and motivates me to work harder. Definitely glad I've been working with him.
