Good: Food, Services, Food Quality, Reception. Bad: Nothing to dislike but you can improve your services, because there are always chances for the betterment.. Improvements: Water pressure and little bit water quality. Other: Soft feather pillow mattress. Nice town and neighborhood too.. more

Exciting Hotel 3/2/2006

This is the hip place to stay in Chicago. No matter what day of the week you go, this place is bubbling with excitement. I spent a weekend here during the summer and I was so impressed with this hotel. It is so lively and exciting just to be here. And the rooms are fantastic, with great views of the city and lake. Room service was wonderful. If the city around me wasn't so great, I might have been tempted to just stay indoors and enjoy the great room, view, and food. more

Looking for a real cool place to stay in Chicago? Well, you certainly can't go wrong with the W. It is so nicely situated right across from the lake, with a beautiful view of the city. The hotel itself is very nicely kept, with a beautiful lobby and great rooms. The service at this hotel is excellent and room service especially is a great treat. The rates at this hotel are pretty high, but you definitely get what you pay for -- a wonderful experience loaded with fun and more! Don't miss out on this one! more

Hip, Beautiful Hotel 7/19/2005

This is a gorgeous hotel located in downtown Chicago. The architecture of the building is modern both inside and out. The hotel is classy and hip. There is a dj playing music and it has a lounge-like feel. My friend has thrown several parties here. There is also a heated area just outside the lobby. more
