Zaremba Builders is NOT an awesome company. If you
are contemplating on building a home with them it's
advisable to look elsewhere to save your sanity !! I built a
house with them and doing business with Zaremba was
a nightmare.They constantly break promises, don't return
phone calls, and don't keep their word on the warranties
that come with the products they sell. Pick any neighborhood that they've built and ask their customers and you will find much dissatisfaction. After I gave them some money down I started to see how they operated
and it was too late to get out of the contract. Hopefully
this review will help somebody looking for a builder.
