Their food used to be good and plentiful, now the portions are tiny(easily halved), and the service is the absolute worst I've EVER seen. We didn't get water, he didn't even offer...

I totally agree with catted. We too, were treated with very poor service & the food was terrible. Shame because we used to love thier food. One order, General Tsos chicken was so badly burned, hard & inediable. When we brought it to waiters attention he said ""well what do you want me to do about""! We requested the dish to be replaced, but he said no & tried charging us for uneateable food. We did not pay for it & told him they just lost good faithful customers & he just laughed! There's more than enough chinese restaurants in this area than this one! We wouldn't recommend this one to anybody! more

Worst Service EVER. 3/27/2011

Their food used to be good and plentiful, now the portions are tiny(easily halved), and the service is the absolute worst I've EVER seen. We didn't get water, he didn't even offer, I had to get up and ask the lady at the register for some and it still took about 10 minutes. We ordered 2 plates of Pepper Beef, 1 general tsos and 1 sesame chicken, the Sesame chicken never showed, even though the waiter kept saying it was on the way. Then nearly an hour later, everyone was done eating, we still hadn't seen the Sesame chicken, so we said we'll take it to-go and of course we want it comped. The waiter said no, so I asked to speak to a manager, the waiter made a huge scene and went to the back where a lot of loud yelling started. Then he came out and said the food is ready, I can have it and pay for it, or not have it at all, and that there is no manager. The lady comes over and tries to tell us that some plates take longer to cook. We paid, and they lost us as a customer. It must be new management, because I've never been treated so horribly. It wasn't busy, btw, one other table when we walked in. more
