Can't agree 9/21/2005

Yesterday was the first time i brought my mom to see Dr. Yao. We had an appointment but still need to wait for almost 3 hours. When i tried to ask the front desk that how long we need to wait, they said "You can leave if you don't want to wait!!!". And finally Dr. Yao just used 5 mintues to finish the whole body check for my mom (first time office visit!). more

Doctor Yu Yao is a great family doctor and he is a very kind. The place is located at the third floor of 500 north Garfield Ave and the room number is 304. He speaks both Chinese and English and the nurse there are very caring. The place is kind of small but you still get your own chair when you are waiting. more
