Incredibly rude administrative staff. Dealing with the receptionist makes it worth your time to just go to a different dentist.

Excellent Dentist 10/24/2007

Both I and my husband have seen Dr. Boudreau. I agree with all the other positive reviews. He's a deliberate, thoughtful, and careful dentist. He seems to be fairly conservative with procedures, and painless in his dentistry. I never even really felt the Novacaine shot, which has never happened before. He pulled both my husband's wisdom teeth with just local anesthetic, and he was completely pain-free during and afterwards as well. It made me a little mad that I had mine done under general anesthetic, this seems a much less drastic approach with better results. I had a little trouble flossing after an filling and he worked me in the next day to sand it down a little bit before the weekend. Overall, I highly recommend him. more

No Pain 2/21/2006

I do not like dentists. They are not timely and can really mess your teeth. Well, i changed my mind in visiting Pennsylvania Dental Group. My doctor was very gentle when my cavity was filled. I was medicated so well I did not feel anything. I was good to go in less than an half hours. I even received some toothpaste samples and a toothbrush. All the patients i talked to seem satisfied with his dental work. I was as well. more

Great dentist 12/28/2005

The dentist at Pennsylvania Dental Groups is a very competent and gentle dentist. He is very skiled in working with cavities and root canals. I usually schedule my appointment in the morning and by lunch time i am back to normal no pain or uncontrolled drooling. His staff is also very helpful in the insurance department. They schedule my dental visits so i do not go over my yearly allowance. Located right in university city. more

Excellent Local Dentist 8/16/2005

A friend of mine who's family all visits Dr. George Boudreau, D.M.D., recommended I check him out as my private dentist - he has an office at 3550 Market and at 1740 South St. so it's convenient to both Center City and West Philly. I've had my teeth cleaned there and found him to be excellent, thorough, professional, and friendly. Unlike other dentists, he is also conservative in recommending procedures so I feel he is very honest and has my best interests at heart - after reviewing my x-rays, he told me having my wisdom teeth out would be unnecessary. The biggest disadvantage is that like any popular dentist it can be hard to get an appointment. more
