Yost's Bridal Salon

This place is a joke. Luckily, I knew what I was ordering before I went in and was able to basically help myself and order a flower girl dress for my daughter since no one esle there seemed up to the task. The dress was more than 2 months late. Yosts says it was back ordered but I think they forgot to order it. When you call the shop, most often you are routed to a voice mail system and asked to leave a message. More often than not , the voice mail is full! My alls were NEVER returned until I left a threatening message stating I wanted a full refund. Miraculouosly, my dress arrived the next day... Makes me wonder how long it was sitting there. They really are not at all tuned in to customer service. They are rude and neglectful. I cannot imagine ordering my bridal gown from them! Weddings are stressful enough. Save yourself a headache and go to Vera's or David's instead. I doubt this place will be around much longer at this rate. Pros: none that I recognize Cons: this place is all around shady more

There selection isn't too bad, although there isn't a whole lot of variety in their dresses. You don't get to look through them so it's up to the staff to get them for you, and they are really bad at it. I've been there twice and had difficulties both times. The first time, the women only brought me things that were exactly what I told her I didn't like, it was very frustrating. The second time, Natasha was helping me. I wasn't liking anything she was bringing me (apparently ""I don't like long waisted gowns"" = she must love long waisted gowns), she told me she couldn't help me if I don't like anything so she handed me a catalog to look through while she went and berated another customer for not making an appointment to come pick up her bridesmaid dress. Most of the other bridal salons in the area have great customer service, it's a complete waste of time to visit Yost's. Pros: Close to downtown Cons: Horrible customer service more

I would not recommend using this bridal store for any services they offer. The store owner was flat out rude, unprofessional, and made the few weeks before the wedding stressful and hectic. more

( Under new ownership ). I had a wonderful experience getting my classic designer clothing updated & altered. Natasha read my mind & the results were stunning. I have found the best of the best. Pros: Experienced professionals, wonderful customer service & outstanding work. more
