Wonderful!!!!! Pros: Great teachers, wonderful classes, very clean, yummy tea Cons: expensive unless you get the unlimited monthly package

Worst

Classes too large. Too little attention to individual student. I suggest going to smaller studio with less emphasis on $$$ and more emphasis on practice of yoga itself.

great schedules, wonderful instructors 4/17/2006

Yoga Yoga is a super beginner friendly place to take a yoga workshop. They have several great locations with plenty of parking, and their schedules allow all sorts of people working all sorts of schedules to partake. I was very impressed with my instructor - she was very patient, helpful and kind. She stressed that yoga could be learned by anyone....even those not naturally flexible. And the tea they serve at the end of class is awesome! more

Perfect to combat stress. 8/18/2005

I signed up for a class after my brother's chiropractor gave him a coupon for a complimentary session at this place. I didn't know what to expect since I have not had much experience with Yoga. However, the instructors were very happy to accommodate all the novices in the class and were not snobby at all. They take the time to show you how to do the moves, one on one. Feel the stress melt away at this relaxing studio, whether you are a beginner or a skilled expert. more

Very Relaxing 8/2/2005

Due to a lot of stress in my life, I signed up for a class in Yoga Relaxation. It really helped me unwind after a hard day's work. The instructors were very knowledgeable and the staff was extremely friendly. I actually got so relaxed in class that I accidentally fell asleep! When I was pregnant, I took the pre-natal yoga classes. They were very helpful during childbirth. more
