Dr. Jeffrey D. Yeres, DDS

Dr. Yeres is highly skilled at dentistry and communicating with patients. He is very clear about what procedures are required and works closely with the patient to decide when to receive the procedures as well as whether novacaine will be used, pain thresholds, scheduling,. . . . He has stayed late in the evening to attend to dental emergencies for me and my colleagues. He is by far the best dentist we have been treated by in decades. Plus he is a really nice guy! more

After getting a consult, Yeres talked forever telling me what a great dentist he was, and how his veneers last 20 years. I told him I was in pain in several teeth, and after looking at the xrays and giving me an exam, he told me my teeth felt worst that than they were. There was nothing wrong and I just need a small filling. He replied the same about other teeth. He told me I could wait weeks or months to do the work. I attempted to see him for an emergency and I called a number he left for Dr. Musikant. Musikant's office told me that Yeres' patients call in pain all the time and they can't help them because he's an endodontist, and he should leave the name of a dentist that can help his patients. They were very annoyed at Yeres. With that, I moved on and went to other dentists. I ended up having a deep cavity which had to be treated with a sedative filling. The other cavities needed immediate attention and I also needed an onlay. Yeres recommends fillings when more that half the tooth is gone. Yeres is an awful dentist which almost cost me several teeth. He told me the wrong information about many teeth. If I had waited much longer I would have been in very serious trouble. His prices are reasonable, but don't be fooled. He is an awful dentist that doesn't know what he's talking about. Move on. Pros: None I can think of Cons: Doesn't know what he's doing more

best dentist i know, very polite and informative. he treats his patient with great care and i seen him chase one of his patients down the street becasue she forgot her medicine. He is very informative during the procedures, he lets you know what's going on. He has a great technique for giving novacaine shots where he jiggle your cheeks so it won't hurt so much. I did some price comparison and his price is by far the most reasonable. He is now the only dentist i go to. Pros: great dentist, trustworthy, kind Cons: inconvinient bathroom more
