This is not, what I call ""Chinese Food"", in the traditional sense. Items tastes good, and have a Chinese name. My problem here, is the fried shrimp. They are greasy, dry and overcooked.
This restaurant does the same as too many do, and that is, they don't cook in hot enough oil, and they keep their oil too long. There motto should be,
""Save Money & Loose Customers"". I'm not pointing my finger at just this restaurant. My feelings apply to all, who deep fat fry anything.
Pros: Great Lunch Specials., Large portions., Prompt service.
Cons: Anything fried in oil, Poor parking.
