Reliable and friendly 5/27/2011

My experience with Yamber Real Estate has been the most pleasant landlord-tenant relationship in my 10 years living in DeKalb. They have been quick to address any concerns or maintenance issues we have had and have always treated us with respect and kindness. In a college town it is sometimes difficult to not be treated like a number or collection of stats, and sometimes it is hard to shake the feeling that rental companies here are only interested in your money. Yamber Real Estate, from the start to finish has treated us in a courteous, fair and friendly manner that I really appreciate. more

Prompt maintenance service 5/12/2011

My boyfriend and I have been renting from Yamber Real Estate & Property Management for close to two years now and have never had an issue with them/ We were won over with their easy pet policy--$100 nonrefundable for cats and $200 for dogs. The building we live in is old, but when we moved in there was new, clean carpeting, a new refridgerator, and fresh paint. Any time we have ever had a maintenance issue, etc., it has been taken care of promptly. While I do know that Yamber owns multiple properties, the one I live in is just fine for being older... I can't speak for any other of their locations, of course. more

Staff is very friendly and helpful 5/6/2011

Ive been here 2years now & its been cool no problem at all they keep the grounds clean even in the winter. The staff is very friendly & helpful for the most part its quiet even in the summertime more
