I have plans on moving to this area and would have loved to be a customer, but since having heard about certain incidents, I will certainly not be visiting or purchasing anything from this establishment. Usually in business the CUSTOMER is always right, not so with Yada Yada. Some empathy and understanding for a customer in a situation that marks the BUSINESS as in the wrong should be a moot point. Apparently Yada has NEVER heard of this! It's just POOR management and MANNERS to tell a customer ""OOPs, sorry your HUGE ceramic piece that you worked so hard on fell and broke, but we are going to do nothing about it."" Sorry for your luck! Even after given the oppotunity to try and correct the poor judgement, they had nothing to offer!!!! So I say BOO to you Yada Yada, shame on you.
