Horrible experience! I had to take my car back to this place THREE TIMES just to get them to do an adequate job on my window tint. Each time I went, bubbles, scratches & lines were visible after I got the car back. ALSO, on the third inconvenient trip, they did a suitable job. BUT THAT'S NOT ALL: My car has a convertible top and while these three visits were taking a place, it was Winter so I had no reason to put my top down. By the third visit to Xtreme, it was warm outside and when I received my car this time, I decided to put the top down. When I did, the side panel that raises on the driver side to allow the top to lay back, POPPED OFF! I had never had a problem with those panels before and had not used the convertible top the entire winter. On further investigation, I saw the the panel had a clean break as if someone had broken it off and simply balanced it where it was supposed to go. Here's the fishy part: I know for a fact that while tinting my windows one, if not all of the times, the workers at Xtreme put the top down. (I know this because on two separate occasions, I had to go to the back where my car was getting worked on and both times, the top was down.) When they were confronted about this panel, they simply said it was like that when I brought it in. (likely story) I know for a fact it was not. Due to the nature of the break, this is not damage that could have been done by me driving the car with the top up all Winter. And why wouldnt they have mentioned it to me after the first or even second time I had to bring the car in? That would have seemed like the professional thing to do so they would not get accused of damaging it themselves. Bottom Line, DO NOT GO TO XTREME TINTING! Especially, if you have a full-time job (as most of us do) since they are only open every other weekend. SAVE YOURSELF SOME TROUBLE AND AVOID XTREME WINDOW TINTING!
