We have been tied into contract since 2010, worst thing I did for our business. We never had issues with our lines when using Qwest, issues are now ongoing. Manhours lost is horrendous. Each instance takes way too long to resolve, in this instance our main business phone line has been down for 4-business days! I started calling XO first thing this morning; it is now afternoon and I have not received a single call back. Multiple calls to their general line result in the agent directing me to different voicemails.
