STAY AWAY!!! This place is a scam. The owner of this company fools you into making a down payment and disappears. My family and I heard about this company through one of our neighbors. They said ""John"" (owner of Xios Inc.) was a friend of theirs and will do a great job fixing our roof. He made the trip from Schenectady to Queens, NY. We paid him over $1,000 in cash as a down payment and he signed a contract in July. He made excuses ever since, claiming ""it was too hot to work"", his ""son had surgery"", his son next ""developed an infection"", and now, 4 months later, he has to fly to Greece because his brother got hit by a car. He has not even begun the work. This guy is a scam! We are in the process of suing him. Lets hope we get this fool.
