Great, Timely Service! 2/14/2011

Our heat went out during a cold snap when the temp was below freezing for 3 days. We have a home warranty (Old Republic) so we called them and they assigned Wynne A/C as the service provider. Brian promptly called us and scheduled an appointment. Doreen called us 1 hour before Chris arrived to confirm that they were on the way. Chris was great! He explained what the problem was and that they had to order the part. The part arrived the next business day and Chris was back to install it. They kept us informed throughout the entire process! more

horrible customer service. The receptionist yelled at my husband. the service man was rude. they did not tell us anything about what was going on. They would never answer the phones and when we left messages no one ever called back. They did not come to install the part until 2 days after they got the part in. When they did finally install the part (on a Friday afternoon), it DID NOT WORK, and of course they weren't going to come check it out because they don't work weekends. So, we've been without AC for over a week. Don't know when it will be fixed. more

Terrible 9/7/2010

Poor customer service, poor communication, and the work leaves a bit to be desired. I have had my A/C break twice in three years, and my home warranty has sent me to Wynne each time. I have had to wait no less than five days for someone from Wynne to respond to the request from my warranty company. They obviously are not motivated by the possibility of earning me as a customer by doing work in a quick reponse. Hopefully, they treat their non-Home Warranty customers better. more

Terrible Service 5/4/2010

We were referred by our home owners warrenty to Wynne when our heater/air conditioner went out. Customer service was bad and service is even worse. Took them 3 days to replace a part and they also charged (said they sealed) the system in preparation for summer. Now that it's warmed up all the R22 has leaked out.....they won't honor there repairs because it's been over 30 days. Don't use these guys, they are terrible. more

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE 9/10/2007

OUR INSURANCE COMPANY REFERRED US..... NO EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER... DO NOT RETURN CALLS IN A TIMELY MANNER.....OUR A/C WENT OUT (IN SUMMER) ON THURSDAY AFTERNOON, SAID SOMEONE WOULD BE THERE BY 3PM, SHOWED UP AT 5PM FRIDAY AFTERNOON, SAID NO PARTS COULD BE ORDERED SINCE IT WAS AFTER 5 ON A FRIDAY AND THEY DID NOT WORK ON WEEKENDS. SO THE EARLIEST IT WOULD BE FIXED WOULD BE MONDAY, IF THEY HAD THE PARTS. HAD TO CALL 3 TIMES MONDAY MORNING TO GET ANY ANSWERS....AFTER GETTING YELLED AT FOR ASKING WHAT KIND OF PART MY A/C UNIT REQUIRED!!! Cons: NO EMERGENCY NUMBER, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! more
