Most definitely avoid renting at this complex. I can not say it enough. My husband and I have regretted our decision to live here multiple times.\r 1st, the attitude of management. They completely disregarded our inquiries about fixing our broken air conditioning. They would come and then say it's fixed. It would break down again a couple of days later. They would again respond: ""There isn't anything wrong with it according to our maintenance guy"". All the while, our power bill was outrageously high because our air conditioning did not work. This happened again in the winter with our heat and again in the summer. It did not work properly for 8 months. We finally got somebody new to look at it, and the problem was fixed. \r Also, beware the complex puts the costs of repairs and cleaning fees on you at the end. Repairs mean: an accent wall they offered with your lease; they now need 75 dollars to repaint it. Also, even if you clean the place to the best of your ability, they will still charge 125 dollars to clean the place. Every other apartment I've lived in is required and pays for cleaning after tenant leaves. I have heard from other neighbors that they charge their past tenants for repairs they need to do. That is not okay. That is the point of renting. The apartment completes their repairs; unless the tenant does damage to the apartment. Which I did not. So get ready to be stuck with a bill around 400 dollars when you leave. And when talking to office staff their response was: ""I know, it happened to me when I moved apartments. I left a bottle of windex and got charged 50 dollars. I think they just look for ways to scam you. But, I guess that's the problem with renting"". I mean, shouldn't your own employes be a company advocate? \r Do not rent from Wyndchase Bellevue. Lived in other awesome communities in Nashville. This is not it. I will continue to make people aware of the scam at this complex. more

Avoid 3/13/2012

Wyndchase has the most ridiculous and unaccomodating policies I've ever seen. I regret leasing here. If you rent here, be prepared to get totally ticked off somewhere down the line. The impose policies and absurd rules that only an idiot would consider to be fair. I do not recommend Wyndchase. They combine the rent with the water bill so you never know what the amount is until they add the water bill. The units aren't metered so they get one big bill for an entire building and divide it by the number of tenants. If you use the least water you still pay the same as the person who uses the most. This is only one major issue that is totally unfair. I truly believe that the majority of people who lease here will regret it. more

Very unhappy since moving here 9/7/2009

I have been close to going insane since moving here. I am up kept up all hours by noisey neighbors who congregate in the pool and picnic areas. The people who live here let their kids play at the pool without watching them. The kids scream all hours of the day while playing in the pool. It's disappointing that that white trash who live here can't even teach their kids to act and behave politely. I had to make several requests to a courtesy offer (at least a dozen) past midnight - sometimes up to 3 in the morning - to come out and tell the neighbors who were drinking and being loud in the picnic area (which sits close to my apartment) to come out and get them to quiet down. However, when I would call, they would say they would send someone out, but unbeknownst to me, Wyndchase Bellevue didn't even have a courtesy officer for several weeks and I'm not sure if they do yet. I had to call the police because the answering service informed me that Wyndchase no longer has a courtesy officer on the property.\r \r The staff can be okay - they come across nice, but they will lie through their teeth about random things in order to get you to sign the lease. I definitely won't be renewing my lease. My other complaint is with the square footage of this apartment. The floor plan includes the square footage on the balcony- I've never leased an apartment where they did such a thing. The apartment is small and cramped.\r \r Overall, the neighbors here are what have ruined it for me. My Experience: Written to Corporate 4/2/2009

I am writing to describe my experience at Wyndchase Bellevue apartments. I have been a resident for 3 years and have a lot experiences with the complex. When I first moved I had heard many great things from a lot of different people about the complex. When I moved in there was a change in the management of the property shortly after and since then I have been dissatisfied. My first bad experience was when they removed the gas grills from the property, except by the office. Being health conscious and a full-time employee it was extremely nice to be able to get home and cook some chicken on the grill without having to worry about setting up for charcoal. I specifically chose my apartments locations based on the closeness of the amenities. My second bad experience was concerning a leakage from the bath tub rim when I took a shower. The provided solution was a plastic water stopper that prevented me from entering the shower safely. I would get my foot caught every time. So instead I re-caulked the whole tub and the problem was fixed. My third bad experience was when I decided to move apartments. Upon moving out I called about a spot in the laundry room where my washer had torn a small hole in the vinyl floor. I asked whether or not if it needed to be fixed. Management informed that I shouldn't worry about it since it was probably due for replacement since it was turning yellow. After I move into my new apartment I was made aware that I would be responsible for replacing vinyl floor in the kitchen/laundry room and bathroom, so they could match. Since my friend moved into that apartment she told me the reason she wanted it removed was because it looked yellow not because of the hole that would be covered up. I talked with management informing them of my previous conversation and I felt like they were trying to have me pay and were using the hole as an excuse. So I paid ~$300, since I felt partial responsible, due to the hole, but I also felt like I was being taken advantage of. Pros: Neighbors Cons: Management more

This is a nice place cosmetically, but we always had problems with the A/C and BEWARE when you move out. They try and charge you for things that were problems BEFORE you moved in. Make sure when you move in that YOU fill out that form carefully and DO NOT let them fill it out for you because they will try. Furthermore, the maintenance at this place is just awful. They respond quickly, but know how to do nothing well? Go figure. RENTER BEWARE!!! Pros: Looks Nice Cons: Maintenance, Office Staff, Parking Gate to get in always broken and worthless more
