Great experience.
We had 4 different plumbing companies come out and give us quotes. Larry of WyattWorks spent as much time as the other 3 contractors combined asking questions, pointing out various issues and understanding what we wanted done. He provided us with 4 different options in 4 separate detailed, line itemed quotes.
When Larry came out to do the work, he took the time to understand our schedule for the day and planned out certain portions of the project accordingly, so that we would not have water shutoff when we needed to use shower, making sure that we didn't need the kitchen drain to prepare lunch, etc. He was as minimally intrusive as can be expected when replacing an entire kitchen drain line and main water line into the house.
After the job was done Larry took half an hour to check everything for leaks, then spent another 20 minutes walking through the entire project with me, answering any questions I had.
It was about as pleasant an experience as unwanted house repairs can possibly be. We will definitely be using them again for our upcoming plumbing projects.
