This is the worst place ever! I would not recommend joining this gym. To cancel you need a certified letter which is bullsh*t since you do not need one to join. more

Great Deal - No Nonsense Gym 7/11/2010

I signed up two years ago. Three of us for $10. a month. There are tons of machines, free weights, at least 50 treadmills, a room full of spinning machines, elliptical trainers... They also offer personal training and tanning services. I've never had a problem. For the price, this is a fantastic deal. Pros: Lots of equipment, cheap Cons: No child care or classes more

Lousy gym 8/4/2009

I signed up 4 years ago and it was great. 2 hour childcare by caring individuals, great classes, but the gym is never cleaned!! Dusty, new equipment with dusty fans blowing the dirt around. The owner has gotten rid of the daycare and all of those workers, the front desk person, and all of the classes/instructors with NO NOTICE. People left like crazy. At least 75 couples must be gone. It's now a ghost town.\r I just joined LA Fitness and LOVE it.\r Do not join this gym. One day you'll show up and it will be shut down with a padlock on the door, guaranteed! Pros: They do have a lot of equipment Cons: The classes are gone and now no daycare more

Stay Away! 8/4/2009

Apparently, I cant give them NO stars. I did not have a problem with them, until I had to cancel. I did not even want to cancel, really. They discontinued babysitting services, so I could no longer use the gym. To cancel, you have to send a certified letter 30 days in advance stating you are cancelling. I did not need a certified letter to join??? And this is only if you had been a member for over a year, which I had. I sent a certified letter, and stated that I did not think that I should need the 30 days notice, as it was not my circumstances that caused my cancellation. It was theirs. I never got a response, however, they did take their fee at the beginning of the month. I will be contacting the better business beureau. It is not so much the money, but the gestapo tactics. Choose another gym. I currently go to cardio express in manchester, and it is way better than Wow in almost every way. Pros: nope, they're not! Cons: Gestapo billing techniques! more

Not what I signed up for 8/19/2008

I signed up 3 weeks ago with the intent to go to the spin and yoga classes. Today I found out that they are no longer offering these classes ( would have been nice to know three weeks ago ) and they are not offering refunds. I feel completely ripped off. I should have known- the promotion sounded too good to be true. \r Don't believe what they tell you and be wary of what they don't tell you.....\r more
