I have always hated working out in big gyms because I felt like everyone was already in shape and I was the fatty trying to get there. At World Gym there are members at all fitness levels and I finally feel comfortable to actually hop on the treadmill and sweat a little. I'm also doing personal training sessions twice a week and Larry is so motivating. He makes me want to work out! If you are already in shape or if you are needing to get an any shape but the one you're in, I recommend trying out World Gym.
