First of all, World Ground Cafe is a coffeehouse not a restaurant. I don't know why it is listed as a restaurant.
The World Ground location I visited was the on on Jackson and Third Streets near Jack London Square (they have another location on MacArthur Blvd.) I found the atmosphere to be a little sterile for an eclectic artisian type neighborhood. I ordered a mocha, I found it to be too sweet.
However, I did like how they offered some Fair Trade Certified coffee. The Fair Trade label means that the coffee was produced in a developing country and that the farmers were paid market-rate for their crops.
I didn't find anything too spectacular about World Ground. I think I'd only visit again if I was in the area and had a serious coffee-fix.
