CUSTOMER SERVICE...TERRIBLE...!!! 10/8/2016

Today Sat. 10/8/2016, I took my daughter to World Nissan to get her car service for a 'RECALL' repair. Their service department said it may take up to 3 days to make the necessary repairs. We asked for a loan vehicle and their rep. said they don't provide one, it was up to us to pay for our own rental car. It was no fault of us that their car a Nissan Sentra was built sub-standard and we weren't ordered by a court to repair over a million cars without proper air bags, but World Nissan has put the burden on their customers to solve the problems they themselves are responsible for...! This is typical car salesman CON games! I previously had purchased 3 other Nissan's from this dealership...today that has come to an end...! My family and friends will take our business somewhere else! The State of Texas has some of the worst consumer protection laws in the entire country and World Nissan will not stand behind their products. Another case of consumers being shafted by BIG business...! more

New Car Damage Disclosure 10/31/2011

I was interested in buying a new 370z and visited this dealership. I noticed the only 2012 they had in stock had damage to the right side door and side mirror. I emailed the internet sales rep and was told this damage would be addressed and fixed. However, they will be selling this car at the "same" new car value price even though it has been previously damaged. I find this a bit shady. Customers assume their vehicle is "brand" new and has NEVER been damaged or in any wreck on the lot or anywhere for that matter. This just seems wrong. more

Good Price on New Rogue 9/27/2011

Good: I like the Price of My new Rogue. I like that service is open on Sundays. I like the rewards card thing they have.. Bad: Service Wait Time was a little longer than I expected for my 3 month oil change.. Improvements: They need one more cashier person to get people in and out faster. My car was ready but it took a while for the cashier person to process me.. Other: All in All I like the dealership.. more

My first New Car 9/20/2011

I tried to buy a car about 6 months ago from a dealer in Austin and I did not qualify. I went to world car nissan hoping that a few more months on the job would help. I am now the proud owner of my first brand new vehicle. I bought a nissan rogue and I love it so far. I liked my sales person Gus. My down payment was $4000.00. I chose world car because of the lifetime warranty. I have not have my car serviced yet. more

Very poor service 8/15/2011

I drove my car in from Puerto Vallarta Mexico and was having problems with it. Running roughly and stalling I took it to this Nissan dealership and told them the problem. I dropped it off on Thursday, late morning. I picked it up Friday late afternoon when they told me they couldn't do anything for me as they couldn't diagnose it or get the parts for it cause it is a model only available in Mexico. I left San Antonio on Saturday and drove the car to New Orleans. It performed badly the whole way. It conked out finally when I got to New Orleans luckily. Monday, today, I got it started and took it to a Nissan dealer here. Within an hour they called with the problem. The car has a Nissan Altima motor and they easily diagnosed it as a problem with the throttle body. I went online and checked on the part, lo and behold, they had the part listed on a general search and for my specific car, even if it is only available in Mexico. If I wanted to order it, I could get it in 24 hours. The service manager at this Nissan dealer in San Antonio told the person in charge of my car that they couldn't even get parts for the car. My car has been repaired thank goodness and the dealership in New Orleans is great. The one in San Antonio, not so much. They did pretty much force me to drive on the highway in an unreliable vehicle and led me to believe that no one could help me because of a lack of parts. Stay away from this place. more

Dealership From Hell 7/20/2011

If you like dealing with a car dealership that in my opinion lies, cheats, and wastes your time then World Car Hyundai in San Antonio is the place for you. I requested an internet quote for a specific vehicle on their web site. After several emails and telephone calls we settled on a price. When I arrived to purchase the specific vehicle the saleswoman said "we can't sell you the car for that price". She then tried to switch me to a stripped down version of the car--can you say bait and switch? I asked why she lied, he response "my manager told me to". Bottom line, learn from my experience and stay away from World Car Hyundai, they rate 0 in customer service, satisfaction, and honesty. more

The service was professional, courteous, friendly, and always in the best interest of the customer and the dealership. Mr. Collins did not waste time in providing me with the information requested and it did not take much time at all. He was upfront from start to finish and extremely helpful. He is definitely an asset to this dealership. He has always been ready and willing to assist and provide up to date news on offers and specials. In considering a new purchase this dealership will be at the top of my list. more

My Review of World Car Nissan Hyundai : 6/18/2011

I had bought a 2010 Santa Fe and had problrems with the Transmission, because at times it didn't know what Gear it wanted to be in. I had to bring it in three times. I fully understand why it had to be taked in three time, because it didn't have the Problem each time it was driven. The third trip was the key, because it was confirmed and the Transmission was replaced. NOW, I have NO Transmission Probrems! more

Think twice before signing on the dotted line 5/23/2011

If you want a new car and you want to pay full price without being able to negotiate, you could buy from them. After reading other posts about their service department, I would not believe what the sales people tell you about getting something for "free" after you buy the car. This group seems too greedy if you ask me. You have a choice to go and get a better deal. Do your homework first on sites like Kelly Blue book, NADA, and Car gurus. You can look up any two of the three to get pricing for Invoice versus MSRP and the third is for used cars and what kind of deal you are getting. more

Hyundai service 2/21/2009

This dealer is better at making warranty repairs than performing routine maintenance. They have created a "maintenance schedule" which bears no resemblance to what Hyundai recommends at a particular mileage interval. Most of what they recommend is costly and not needed. It only adds to their bottom line. A number of items which Hyundai does recommend do not appear on their so-called schedule. Better service alternatives exist than at this dealership. more

Good dealer 9/14/2005

I went to get a recall fixed on my car. They gave me a time to come in, but it still took longer to actually get my car and fix it than they said it did. The waiting room could have been better with more things to keep your occupied than just some old magazines, no coffee, or even the TV on. The other thing I didn't like is that because I went, they send me stuff in the mail, mostly junk. I can't really attest to buying a car there, but service wise, it was okay. more
