THEY NEVER DELIVERED VALENTINES DAY FLOWERS ORDERED 2 DAYS IN ADVANCE. THEY NEVER CALLED ME, THEY NEVER CALLED MY WIFE. SHE THOUGHT I HAD FORGOT ABOUT HER. I SPOKE WITH THE OWNER MS. WOLFF AND SHE APOLOGIZED AND BLAMED 1-800-FLOWERS FOR OVERBOOKING HER. AGAIN I WILL GIVE HER THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT THERE, BUT NOT CALLING IS UNACCEPTABLE WHEN YOU KNOW YOU ARE DISAPPOINTING YOUR CLIENTS. HOW MUCH EASIER IT WOULD HAVE BEEN IF A PHONE CALL HAD BEEN MADE. SHE ASSURED ME THAT SHE WOULD GIVE ME REFUND IMMEDIATELY AND IT WOULD PROBABLY TAKE UNTIL THAT THURSDAY FOR IT TO CREDIT BACK TO MY CREDIT CARD. AND AGAIN SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME, BUT AGAIN I DID NOT GET A PHONCE CALL. TODAY WAS THE AFTERNOON OF THE 25th AND I CALLED HER AND SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DID NOT REMEMBER ME. I HAD TO GO THROUGH THE WHOLE STORY ALL OVER AGAIN. DOES THIS MEAN SHE HAD THIS OCCUR ON VALENTINES DAY SO MANY TIMES THAT SHE CAN'T KEEP IT STRAIGHT (DISORGANIZED) OR DISHONEST. IM AFRAID I CANNOT HOLD MY BREATH UNTIL SHE CLEARS THIS UP WE WILL SEE, BUT DISORGANIZED OR DISHONEST EITHER ONE RUN THE OTHER WAY RATHER THAN USE THIS COMPANY AND MS WOLFF.
