Alek and Josh did a fantastic job. They were knowledgeable, polite, hard working, and did great finish work. Our job was difficult and they looked at every possibility for venting. Kevin G. was an extremely professional service technician. Wolfer's is fortunate to have him as a employee. He was early (yay!), kind and informative. Over the years, I have had multiple professionals (from different industries) come to my house to do work, but none have ever been as engaged and thorough as Kevin G. great customer service! Not only did he fix the problem without any delay, he was also very knowledgeable about the whole process and explained it in a simple manner for me to understand. Not only that, but Francisco went above and beyond to warn us how to avoid problems in the future, clearly worrying about his customers more than looking for business in the future. Certainly going to use them again. more

Shawn P. was prompt, professional, and friendly. He replaced my toilet quickly and effectively. I would recommend Shawn to anyone in need of plumbing service. \r \r Only caveat might be to do a little online research of the toilet that you want before they come. Wolfer's was changing the lines of toilets that they offer so Shawn was a bit unsure about some of the toilets that I was interested in. They offer Gerber, Toto, American Standard, and a couple other brands that I can't remember off the top of my head. I went with the Gerber Avalanche...seems to work pretty well so far. more

Steve K. was on time, dressed neatly and ready to go. He tuned up my heat pump, put on shoe covers before he went into my house, was fast and efficient. Gave me a great explaination of what he was doing. He even changed my air filter at no extra cost. I will be using Wolfer's service in the future. more
