One of WMTW's vehicles license no: 8378 driven by a photographer is the dirtiest car I have ever seen. I would think the station would insist the camera men would keep the vehicles clean. It shows sloppiness and could have a bearing on whether people would watch or listen to your station. That car seems to be always dirty.
