ALL AROUND NOT SUCH A GREAT PLACE 4/30/2012

Starting with the sale, the sales person gave us the impression we were wasting her time. We bought a repair warranty but never told there was also a deductable per repair until we had to actually use it. When I picked up my car after those repairs my battery was mysteriously dead of which no one told me until after I tried to start it. Not very professional on average. more

Bad Service, High Prices 3/12/2009

I took my car to Withnell Dodge several times for repair. At one time they could find nothing but sold me new tires. I told them I live 5 miles outside of town, which required me driving on gravel for 5 miles. They gave me in-town tires in which the gravel constantly got stuck in. Within a few weeks I had a hole in one tire, and another one had a rip. I took it to Les Schwab who told me that they would replace them for free had I gotten them from there. I went to Withnell and was told that they be happy to repair the tires for me, of course I would be charged though. No warranty on them, no 2nd thought about ripping me off. Another repair I was waiting for the Service Tech to call me to let me know what needs to be done, but the call never came. Finally a few minutes before 5 he called telling me that they have not even gotten to look at my car and they need to keep it for a day or two. That was my only vehicle and I was promised repairs the same day. When I came to pick up the car 2 days later I was treated rudely and had to wait for over 1/2 hour before getting my car. Never again would I take it to Withnell. more

bad service 7/2/2005

Like many people we were interseted in buying a brand new automobile. First stop on our list was Withnell. That was a huge mistake. First problem was the rude salesman, many of them to be exact. Then they brought in the "closer" to pull the typical car sales run around. We left the dealership with out having bought a car and wasted 4 hours on a great saturday. There are plenty of other dealers out there. Do yourself a favor and do not go check this dealership out. more
