The worst thing you can do to your customer is say that - This is not my problem. Basically, you said to customer that You give a damn. If you get a such a experience from a travel agency, you never recommend anyone to go their.
We can book tickets on internet or by 100 different other means. booking with Wita Travels was my worst experience with a travel agency. I talked so gently with travel owner but instead of listening to problem and responding to it she started blaming me. She was mean, arrogant carrying a bag of attitude.
I think owner has personal issues and she needs to smile and listen to customer and then respond and try handle the issue in best possible way .
I will not recommend anyone to deal with this agency. After all it's just a ticket and not rocket science, anyone can help booking that. So, go with someone who smiles and listens.
