Very difficult replacement policy!!! Charge twice for shipping! 11/27/2012

Received a gift, which I did not like. Called Wisteria to try to replace items with one or more that I liked! Not possible!!! Had to return the gift at my expense, they send me a gift certificate for me to purchase what I want and then I pay for shipping (again!). Think twice before purchasing from Wisteria. They have lost my future business! more

Disappointed with Wisteria 8/15/2011

I am very disappointed with the customer service at Wisteria. On two separate occasions I placed an order and the merchandise never arrived. I called Wisteria and was told they had discontinued the item, and that I would not be receiving it...Not the way to run a company! more

Very poor experiences with Wisteria 12/28/2010

So far I've placed 5 orders and 3 of them weren't worth the effort or money AND because they were purchased on sale/clearance Wisteria will NOT refund the money (though their product listing was in error or this was falsely advertised). Good buy, a necklace, however it took over 2 months before I received it! Bad buy, scarves, very very cheap material. And the latest was a Very Bad buy, I purchased cotton 'snow' blankets for under the Christmas tree, described as 60" square in the website listing it's actually completely SHREDDED cotton and so completely unusable for its stated purpose as a holiday decoration. Buy anything from Wisteria.com again? I think not! more

One of my "imaginary money to burn" catalogues 4/4/2006

Wisteria has products that are imaginative, unique and covet- worthy. The catalog comes out seasonally from what I can tell. It's even more fun to look through than Pottery Barn, and I don't mean that in a blasphemous way. But the wife/husband team that run it travel all over the world picking up things like old Chinese buckets, big German silver screens, and Indian parats (trays). They have beautiful glassware, benches, mirrors, and jewelry, as well as lanterns and carved shells. Take a look at the website: http://www.wisteria.com/ How can you not be a little covetous? Their customer service gets high marks with me, too. They answered my questions, and gave me a ship date 3 weeks out b/c the object I wanted was currently on back-order. When I mentioned that my purchase was a gift for someone, the lady I spoke to told me she'd see what she could do. I received the package in 1 1/2 weeks. more
